In most cases, an initial 50% deposit is due when you place your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Charges are automatically charged to the provided credit card, unless other arrangements are made in writing. We send emails with receipts for each deposit. When the final deposit is made, we also include your arrival instructions with your receipt.
We have a self check-in program. Your arrival instructions will include specific information about entering the property. There's no need to stop by an office. Most properties have a key safe mounted near the front door. You'll enter a combination to retrieve the emergency key. Two more keys will be waiting for you inside the property. Be sure to return the emergency key to the key safe.
Some properties have keyless entry. In that case, we will provide the entry code with your arrival instructions.
We stock each property with 6 or more ordinary beach chairs. You can also expect to find 6 or more beach towels.
We do not provide umbrellas or beach toys. However, you may find some left behind from a previous renter ... we don't throw them away unless they are in poor shape. Umbrellas and beach toys are readily available at all local grocery and drug stores. You can also rent beach gear from various local suppliers. Check our Insider's Guide for details.
Yes, we supply all properties with a propane/gas grill. You should expect to find a back up propane tank somewhere on the property in case the existing tank runs out. You can also exchange an empty tank for a full tank at any local convenience store.
Please note that the Coast Cottages neighborhood does not allow charcoal grills, so please do not bring your own.
All properties are supplied with a standard drip coffee maker. Some also have a Keurig machine. Check the amenities list for your property to find out if yours has a Keurig. Or you can contact the property manager by email.
Yes, bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided at each cottage.
The more popular the season, and the more popular the property, the sooner you should book. It's our policy not to book more than one year in advance in order to give this year's guests a chance to re-book the same property for the same dates for next year. We offer an easy deposit plan should you wish to book early for next year. Contact the property manager for details.

There is a $100. to $200. (depending on property) processing fee for all cancellations. Deposits will be returned, less the cancellation fee, if cancelled at least 90 to 120 (depending on property) days prior to scheduled arrival. Should cancellation be necessary with less than the required notice, deposit and payment will be forfeited unless the property can be rented with no loss of net income to Management.
